| Vice President of AESIEAP (Nov. 1998 to Oct. 2000), President of AESIEAP (Oct. 2000 to Nov. 2002) and Immediate Past President of AESIEAP (Nov. 2002 to Jul. 2003). Mr. Toyoshima graduated from Kyushu University with a degree in Engineering and joined Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc. in 1960. Before being appointed as President of Kyushu Telecommunication Network Co., Inc. in 2003, positions held at Kyushu Electric Power include: General Manager of Power System Engineering Department (1989), Senior Officer & General Manager of Oita Branch Office (1991), Director & General Manager of Corporate Planning Department (1994), Managing Director (1996) and Executive Vice President (1999). He has also been served as the commissioner of Organization for Promotion Academic City by Kyushu University since 2004. |
