| A professional engineer and manager, with an MBA, and a PhD in the fields of management and electrical engineering awarded in 1996 by the University of Queensland, Dr Watts' PhD research was into the performance of the electricity distribution utilities in Queensland. Dr Watts has an MBA degree from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree with honours in the School of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering, University of Queensland. He is also a licensed electrical fitter and electrical mechanic, Queensland. |
