The Secretary General of AESIEAP paid a visit to Mr. Sutat Patmasiriwat, Governor of EGAT, on July 1, 2010, and Mr. Patmasiriwat invited him to introduce the CEPSI 2010 Program at the HAPUA Council Meeting, held on July 2, 2010 in Hua Hin, Thailand July 1 & 2, 2010

In order to better organize the program of CEPSI 2010, Mr. Guang-Ming (Mark) Chuang, Secretary General of AESIEAP, and Mr. Andrew Lee, staff of the AESIEAP Secretariat, paid a courtesy call to Mr. Sutat Patmasiriwat, Governor of EGAT on July 1, 2010. On behalf of Mr. Edward K. M. Chen, President of AESIEAP, Mr. Mark Chuang invited Mr. Sutat Patmasiriwat to be a distinguished guest, as the Chairman of HAPUA, and to deliver a 10-minute speech at the opening ceremony of CEPSI 2010 on October 25, 2010. Mr. Mark Chuang also asked Mr. Sutat Patmasiriwat to recommend a senior EGAT colleague to serve as a panel speaker in the panel session. Mr. Mark Chuang appreciated Governor Sutat Patmasiriwat’s promise to consider these two invitations.

 Per the invitation of Mr. Sutat Patmasiriwat, Chairman of HAPUA (Heads of ASEAN Public Utilities/Authorities) and the Governor of EGAT, Mr. Mark Chuang introduced CEPSI 2010 Programs in the HAPUA Council Meeting, which was held on July 2, 2010 in Hua Hin, Thailand, in order to encourage more AESIEAP members and HAPUA members to join this grand AESIEAP event. Mr. Mark Chuang appreciated the Chairman’s invitation.
